This Blu-Ray disc player has added a stereo and multi channel source which is of high quality. It is a universal disc player enabled to play BD-ROM, BD-R/RE, DVD Audio, DVD Video, DVD-R/RW, SACD, CD and CD-R/RW format discs. It supports multiple file formats of MP3, WMA and JPEG. It supports DivX playback too. The unit has SD / SDHC card slot as well. The output resolutions supported are 480/60i, 480/60p, 720/60p, 1080/60i, 1080/60p and 1080/24p.
For advanced audio quality, each circuit block has discrete devices and the advanced AL32 processing multi channel brings out the optimum HD audio performance. The DENON LINK is utilized in this Blu-Ray player for jitter free transmission of digital audio through HDMI. In addition to Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master Audio, there are Dolby Pro Logic IIx and DTS Neo: 6 decoders, giving the best in audio output. With 32 bit/192 kHz differential D/A converters, it has advanced S.V.H. mechanism for vibration-free operation and accuracy in reading the disc signals.
The unit has 2 HDMI ports for simultaneous transmission of HD video and audio signals. It produces realistic output of the resolution of disc contents with the help of Source Direct. The DENON Pixel Image Correction (D.P.I.C.) correcting the line curves naturally, improving its quality. It is the world’s 1st DVD player with “Vertical Stretch” feature to support the cinema scope aspect. Other connectors available are S-video, composite outputs, optical digital audio and coaxial digital audio outputs. It features “A/V Pure Direct”, to output audio and video separately via the HDMI port and HDCD decoder to improve the audio quality from CDs encoded with HDCD.
The Denon DVD-A1UD Blu-Ray Disc Player with all its enhanced circuitry and features delivers enhanced audio visual output.
